St. John the Apostle Church

Please, sit with your group & your GodParents in the front of the Church.

Then join us for ice cream, games, & fun with fellow GodTeens in the Social Hall!

If you haven't yet turned in your registration form & fee, please bring them along.

After two Sundays of sign-ups, we had a pretty good list of new GodTeens for the year. We're glad so many of you could join us for our opening Mass. Thank you to everyone who helped in a special way: reading, offertory, serving, & singing! We hope you enjoyed the games & tasty ice cream sundaes.If you didn't get a chance to turn in your registration form & fee, please do so ASAP. Thanks.Let's join our prayers for another great year!

A New Year

Welcome back, GodTeens!
We hope you had a relaxing, fun, & rejuvenating summer. We can't wait to see you all again! Look for us the next couple of weeks after Masses to sign-up new Freshmen & other new GodTeens for the year. You can just come to chat. :) Then join us for our
OPENING MASS
Wednesday, September 7th
6:30 p.m.
at St. John's
Fr. Sughroue will celebrate Mass just for GodTeens (if you'd like to help out with serving, reading, taking up offertory, or singing, please tell your GodParents!), then we'll enjoy some ice cream, play some games, & maybe even hear from our World Youth Day pilgrims about their experience. Your parents are welcome to stay for Mass & to meet your GodParents as well over some ice cream.
Please, bring your completed registration form (requires a parent signature, so don't wait too long) & $25 fee for the year along with you. We will collect them after Mass.
You'll be receiving a letter soon about the upcoming year including your registration form & a tentative schedule. You can also see that entire schedule on the bottom of this blog page & with upcoming events in the sidebar. More details to come. See you soon!
